Kiné Diop Center: Education through free technology

At Niit Tekna Logic we like to talk more about education than training, because we think that although training allows us to transmit knowledge, it is important to think about how this knowledge is transmitted, so that it becomes a process of personal empowerment, where we gain self-confidence and become a little freer.

As facilitators of this process of knowledge transfer, at Niit Tekna Logic, we put the person at the center, and we accompany them in their learning process, not only for the understanding of the content, but the broader framework, so that the person has a more global vision of what they have learnt, which allows them to continue learning later on independently.

When we talk about free technology, it is important to emphasize that the focus of all training is in the ethical framework given by free software, where cooperation, collaboration, curiosity, decentralization and mutual support are essential.

In particular, we offer training to empower young people through the use of free technologie, by focusing on citizen journalism and social entrepreneurship.
